Back, Back, Back Again

Yes, Naturally Light is back again. However, this new installment will try to depart from its past roots of alcohol abuse, meaningless sex, and general debauchery, and attempt to concentrate much more on aspects of culture, law, and technology that interest me. How long will that last? I'd say the over under is 1 week, but hey, lets give it a go.
